Join us our Strenght and Conditioning Fundamentals Class every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 08:00 at NDHQ Carling (B6 Gym). The purpose of this class is to improve strength and endurance related to each of the 4 components of the FORCE evaluation. PSP staff will offer a wide range of exercise options for all fitness levels.
