What to Expect During This Event:
Bruno will guide participants through key topics including:·
- Understanding your attachment style and how early life experiences can shape relationship patterns
- Navigating dating and relationships as a CAF member and/or CAF spouse/partner, including setting boundaries and fostering healthy emotional, physical, and sexual interactions
- Learning how to emotionally regulate in the early stages of a relationship, including how to communicate effectively when activated, or when managing a mental health issue
Dinner will be provided for those attending in person (6:00 PM to 6:30 PM)

About the speaker:
Bruno Jung-Millen is a Registered Psychotherapist and social worker and the Founder and Clinical Director of the Intersections Therapy Collective. He brings a trauma-informed, relational approach to therapy and specializes in attachment, emotional regulation, and interpersonal dynamics.
