Special Event Booking for PSP Plan Members

Themed Parties - $210

Maximum 20 children | Additional $5 fee per additional guest

Book your birthday party or other special event with PSP. Let our staff help create an extra special day for your children. Each package includes themed decorations, games, craft, treat bags, and a card for the birthday child all bundled into one package so that you can enjoy the day too.

*Bring your own cake and food. (Plates, cups and utensils available to use from the youth room kitchen or you can bring your own) 

 Our themed options include: 

• Space Adventure
• Pastel Party (Princess, Mermaid, Unicorn, or Fairytale)
• Pirate Adventure
• Jungle Expedition
• Minecraft

Includes: 1 hour gym time + use of youth room and the hub (PSP staff to help with the party as needed throughout the event) (2 hours total minimum)

Facility Rental

Rent the space for your event and you can set up and play as you wish.

• Request additional equipment at time of booking.
• Special events have a 2-hour minimum with additional time being available as space allows at an additional charge.
• Below facility rentals include 1 hour of event space and 1 hour of party room use.  *Upgrade to Youth and Teen Centre Available*

External User Group Rentals

Facility usage on Canadian Forces Base requires:

• Signed Licence Agreement for Access to Federal Real Property, payment by cheque payable to ‘Receiver General for Canada’, comprehensive liability insurance in the minimum amount of $5 million, naming ‘His Majesty the King in right of Canada, represented by the Minister of National Defence’ as additional insured.
