🌟April is the Month of the Military Child, and we’re celebrating the incredible strength and spirit of military kids! 🎉
Join us for a fun-filled drop-in social activity where military families can connect, enjoy treats, activities, and special takeaways for the kids. It’s our way of recognizing the unique experiences of military children and celebrating the important role they play in our community.
We are pleased to welcome Sarah Sobh, Family Counsellor, who will share insights on Therapy Through Art—a powerful way for children to express emotions beyond words.
Through colours, designs, and artistic mediums, children can communicate their thoughts and feelings in a safe and creative way. This approach can be especially beneficial for those who struggle to articulate emotions verbally, helping to build resilience and emotional well-being.
