This year's Garrison Discovery Expo has been reimagined with a specific focus on currently serving CAF members and members of the Defense Team. Unlike last year's event, the 2026 Expo is not a family-focused event and is intended for current serving members and Defense Team personnel only. Attendees will have the opportunity to discover the many services, clubs, PSP programs, organizations, and support networks available across CFB Kingston, and learn how these resources can support them throughout their careers.
The Expo brings together representatives from across the base, providing a unique opportunity to connect directly with the people and organizations that contribute to the CFB Kingston community. Whether you're interested in fitness and recreation programs, health and wellness services, professional development opportunities, support resources, or community involvement, the Expo is designed to help you discover what's available and how to access it.
As a bonus, a complimentary lunch will be available from 1100 to 1300 hrs for currently serving CAF members and members of the Defense Team attending the Expo.
