An 8-week guided series where veterans and their families come together to better understand the impacts of trauma, build resilience, and explore practical tools for healing through reflection and shared discussion.

  • Have you or your family been impacted by traumatic events or an Occupational Stress Injury (OSI)?
  • Do you sometimes feel stuck or unsure how to move forward?
  • Are you a medically releasing member or family member navigating life after service?
Navigating Healing and Finding Centre supports veterans, medically releasing members, and their families in better understanding the impacts of trauma while exploring practical tools that foster healing, reflection, and resilience.

Through guided discussion and wellness practices, participants will have the opportunity to:
  • Gain a deeper understanding of how trauma can affect wellbeing
  • Learn practical tools to support healing and resilience
  • Reflect on personal experiences in a supportive environment
  • Connect with others navigating similar challenges
This serie is facilitated by the KMFRC Veteran Family Program Coordinator, in collaboration with:
  • Devon Cosgrove, Holistic Nutritionist
  • Sharon Ash, iRest Practitioner
Together, they provide a supportive learning environment that combines reflection, discussion, and practical wellness approaches.

This guided series is offered through the Veteran Family Program (VFP). Priority registration is given to those eligible for the VFP; however, registration is open to anyone interested in participating.
