Melissa is a Registered Counselling Therapist with over 12 years of mental health counselling experience. She has helped individuals and families in acute crisis and in ongoing therapy.

Understands Military Lifestyle

Most recently, Melissa worked in a school setting, supporting children, teens, and their families, many of whom were military. As a military spouse herself, she also understands the lifestyle challenges that military families can encounter.

Bilingual in English and French, Melissa works from a collaborative, strengths-based approach, assisting and supporting clients to be the author of their own lives.

She is registered with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists. 

In her spare time, Melissa loves spending time with her family and her dogs, being active, and playing trivia.

Any family member (partner or child) of a current CAF member (Regular or Reserve).
