Nurturing ourselves, amidst change. Self-care and self-compassion.

  • 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

This 2 hour workshop includes grounding, meditation/ mindfulness, self compassion, awareness, gentle yoga movements, singing bowls time for reflection and journaling/letter writing time .

Facilitated and guided by Fionna Haines, a Veteran and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500hrs) who completed yoga Teacher Training in Greece and Nepal. She retired from the CAF in 2021 and has been teaching yoga for nearly 3 years in our local community . Her focus is primarily on nurturing your physical , mental and emotional self.

Participants are asked to bring a blanket, water bottle and seat cushion.
Yoga mats and blocks will be provided, but If participants have their own, they are invited to bring them.
