Welcome to 10 Brown Crescent. This is an emergency PMQ that is also rented for leisure through the Gander MFRC. This is a great amenity when you have family coming to town or in need of a place to stay when attending a medical appointment in Gander.  This is a fully furnished, 4 bedroom house with cable, internet and phone service included. The cost is $50.00 a night and free if travelling to Gander for a medical appointment. You can call the front desk at 709-256-1703 ext. 1206 to inquire about availability and to book. We always reccommend having a back up plan as this is a house used for emergency purposes first. If an emergency arises during your stay, you may be asked to evict the premises. Please know, this house does not have a cleaning staff or person, it is on the honor system that you will do a light cleaning when you are leaving (sweep, mop, etc.) so it is ready for the next guest.  This includes washing and drying your bed sheets, towels and dish clothes used and putting them back in the linen closet. A washer and dryer can be found in the basement for your convenience. All cleaning supplies may be found in the closet on the main floor. If you notice that certain products are low or empty (toilet paper, dish liquid, laudry detergent, dryer sheets, and cleaning supplies) please advise the MFRC staff so they can be replaced. You are responsible to bring any garbage back to the MFRC, to be placed in our dumpster in the back when you return the keys and make payment. We accept payment by cash, cheque and email transfer.
