Learn how stress affects both the mind and body, and explore practical ways to recognize and manage feelings of overwhelm.

In this workshop, participants will gain insight into the body’s stress response and the concept of the “Window of Tolerance,” while learning simple strategies to regulate emotions and respond to everyday challenges.

Participants will also practice calming techniques and receive take-home resources.
