Sites in the RV Compound are available to Military and Civilian Personal accordingly as designated in the Allocation Priority. The Priority for Allocation of Sites will be as follows:
Priority 1 - Occupants of Single Quarters (SQs)
Priority 2 - Military Members living in Residential Housing Units (RHUs)
Priority 3 – DND and NPF Employees of 4 Wing living in RHUs
Priority 4 – Military Members Employed at 4 Wing who are not occupants of RHUs or SQs
Priority 5 – DND and NPF Employees of 4 Wing who are not occupants of RHUs or SQs
Priority 6 – Retired Military members who are residing in the geographical area of Cold Lake
Priority 5 and 6 sites will only be renewed if space allows.
Beginning April 1, 2024, all members will be asked to renew their RV Compound membership based on their priority level. Please see WSAO 4.018 to determine your priority block and for further information.
Your timelines are as follows:
Priority 1 Online renewals will take place between April 1 - 12, 2024
Priority 2 Online renewals will take place between April 8 - 19, 2024
Priority 3 Online renewals will take place between April 15 - 26, 2024
Priority 4 Online renewals will take place between April 22 - May 3, 2024
Priority 5 Online renewals will take place between April 29 - May 10, 2024
Priority 6 Online renewals will take place between May 6 - 17, 2024
You will need to submit a current copy of the insurance policy for your vehicle. If your vehicle is insured under your home insurance policy, we will require a letter from the insurance company stating that they are aware that your vehicle is stored at a location that is not your residence. Your renewal will not be accepted without that information.
Members who have not completed the renewal process will not have access to the RV Compound after 31 May 2024. A late fee of $50 per site, per month, will apply beginning 1 June of the current fiscal year. Priority 5 and 6 sites will only be renewed if space allows.
For those currently deployed, we still require you to complete our online submission form prior to the aforementioned deadline. If you are unable to do so, please contact Morgan Wild (prior to the deadline).
