The Calgary Military Family Resource Centre warmly invites Canadian Armed Forces families who have experienced a deployment—including those with a deployment in 2024 or 2025, or a planned deployment in 2026—to a fun-filled evening dedicated to celebrating the strength and importance of military families. This invitation is extended to currently serving CAF members (Reservist and Regular Force) and the people who stand beside them: spouses, partners, children, parents, and loved ones.
Military life asks much of those who serve and just as much of those who support them. Behind every posting, deployment, homecoming, and change of course stands a family adapting, supporting, and sacrificing in ways often unseen. At the Calgary MFRC, we believe that when one person wears the uniform, the whole family serves.
We are thrilled to share that Calgary Flames player Ryan Lomberg will be joining us for this special evening- helping us celebrate the perseverance, contributions, and spirit of the military community.
And there’s even more to look forward to—the event will take place at a very special location, to be announced in the new year.
