The Calgary Military Family Resource Centre warmly invites currently serving Canadian Armed Forces members (Reservist and Regular Force) who experienced a deployment*/tasking in 2024 or 2025, or have a planned deployment/tasking in 2026, along with their spouses, partners, children, parents, and loved ones, to a fun-filled evening celebrating the strength and importance of military families.
Military life asks much of those who serve and just as much of those who support them. Behind every posting, deployment, homecoming, and change of course stands a family adapting, supporting, and sacrificing in ways often unseen. At the Calgary MFRC, we believe that when one person wears the uniform, the whole family serves.
Join us for an evening of bowling and arcade games, with pizza, fries, and pop to enjoy while we celebrate together!
We are thrilled to share that Calgary Flames player Ryan Lomberg will be joining us for this special evening—helping us celebrate the perseverance, contributions, and spirit of the military community.
*For the purposes of this event, “Deployment” is CAF-related time away for courses, training, taskings, exercises, or overseas deployments.
Calgary MFRC events are open exclusively to members of the Defence Community, which includes currently serving Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members (Reservist and Regular Force) and their families, CAF Veterans and their families, as well as DND, PSP, and MFRC employees and their families, unless otherwise stated.
