The HR division supports the organization by adding value in the following areas of expertise and partnership: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Total Compensation, Workplace Culture and Wellness, Payroll and Benefits, Occupational Health and Safety, Labour Relations, Information Systems and Analytics, Pension, Employment Equity, Official Languages, Learning and Development and Recognition.

HR and CFMWS management, working together, are the architects of the exceptional workforce that contributes to the operational effectiveness of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and the wellbeing of CAF members, both serving veterans and their families.
