This form must be completed when you arrive at Base Valcartier.

For your Mess arrival procedure you must report to the Dues Office at Bldg. 514 (Club Kaeble) for all grades/Mess.

By completing the following form, it will allow the PSP Programs to register you as a newcomer to Base Valcartier.
