You will have a fun morning sampling all of our classes. Each class will give you a fun and effective 20-minute workout with a 10-minute break before you start your next fitness class.

Each class offers different fitness components and benefits and is perfect for all individual fitness levels. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to explore fitness in a fun and exciting way.

We invite you to come and find the Recreational Fitness Class that is right for you.
