PSP Military Housing Units – Townhomes

519 units of  924 sq. ft. (317 inside units and 202 end units). Each unit comes with a gas range, fenced backyard and one parking spot. 

Eligibility 

• MCpl and below; 
• OCdt, 2Lt, or Lt (not including Navy); 
• Class B and C Reservists on a year-long contract; 
• Sgt/PO1/PO2/WO/Capt/Lt(N) on a temporary basis. 

Occupancy Charge

• The occupancy charge for a unit is currently $930.70 per month.  
• The occupancy charge for PO1/WO/Capt/Lt(N) will be at the current market value of $1265.88 per month. 
• If an extra parking space is required an additional $30.00 including HST will apply. 
• Occupancy charges are due on the first of each month.  

The occupancy charge is deducted through an Aquittance role for Regular Armed Forces members. Reservists are required to pay by (PAD), pre-authorized debit and will require a Security Deposit.
