Are you looking to have a "chillaxing" good time with other military families in your community? Join members from the MFS NCR team and special guest speakers for fun activities and engaging discussions. 

As we prepare to wind down programming until the fall, the MFS NCR team invites you to join us for these highly anticipated sessions featuring a special guest from the Department of National Defence (DND) Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Ombudsman’s office. 

These sessions will provide a relaxed, open forum to share and learn with your peers, giving you the opportunity to choose the path and direction the conversation takes.
