Gear Up for School: Backpack Program 2025
While you enjoy the summer, MFS NCR is here to make the back-to-school season a little easier! The Backpack Program helps military and veteran families by providing free backpacks for children, ensuring they step into the new school year confident and ready to learn. CAF kids and youth are bright, resilient, and ready to take on anything—and we’re proud to stand beside them.
Backpacks Available by Age Group:
• Junior and Senior Kindergarten (Ages 3–5)
• Grade 1 to 3 (Ages 5–8)
• Grade 4 to 8 (Ages 7–13)
• Grade 9 to 12 (Ages 13–18)
How to Receive a Backpack:

Ensure a Welcome & Consent Form is on file with MFS NCR. If you haven’t completed one, it will be sent to you after registration and must be submitted before pick-up

Sign the pick-up form upon receipt

Location: Uplands Military Communtiy Centre
Date: August 17
Time: 12 PM – 5 PM (during the Summer Splash Social)
