This exciting and interactive culinary adventure is specially designed for chefs aged 6+. Taught by a certified chef, this is a program where they will embark on a delectable journey into the world of fusion cooking. All classes include the fundamentals of Canadian food safety standards, varieties of cooking and meal preparation techniques. The focus of the class is to create delicious dishes from scratch and socialize with family and friends. From savory meals to sweet treats from different countries, children will gain valuable culinary skills, foster creativity and develop a lifelong love for cooking. Join us for a flavorful journey that will nurture young talents and inspire a passion for quality and healthy cuisines!

April 15: Basmati rice, slow cooked chicken & spinach gravy with a side of thin sliced fries
Dessert: Vanilla Cupcakes

April 29: Roti, stir fried pork in sweet & chilli sauce with a side of burnt garlic broccoli
Dessert: Brownies

May 13: Bacon and Chicken thin crust pizza with a side of cashew Bok choy
Dessert: Panna Cotta

May 27: Roasted potatoes, hickory Beef & bell pepper skewers with a side of burnt butter brussels sprouts
Dessert: Chocolate Mousse

June 10: Lemon & garlic butter glazed BBQ salmon, Couscous and a side of grilled asparagus.
Dessert: No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake

June 24: Grilled curry chicken, Naan with a side of sour cream cucumber raita
Dessert:  Oreo Pie
