Defence Team Pride Advisory Organization (DTPAO)

Mission:

The DTPAO mandate is to address, prevent and combat systemic discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender diversity by providing advice, guidance and recommendations to Defence Team leadership on systemic challenges and issues affecting the Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and additional sexually and gender-diverse identities (2SLGBTQI+) communities. Their goal is to foster a spirit of openness to create a respectful and safe workplace empowered by equity, diversity and inclusion.
