    • Combat Fitness Corner (squat racks, power racks, free weights, kettlebells, etc.)
  • SAM Gym
    • 2 hardwood floors (basketball, volleyball, badminton)
    • 1 hardwood floor (badminton and volleyball)

Patron Gym Attire / Footwear Rules

The KMCSC is a Military Gymnasium. One standard of dress shall be applied to ALL individuals IAW QR&O 17.02 to reflect credit on the CAF:

  1. Fitness and sports attire must be clean, neat, and cover the entire torso;
  2. Individuals must wear clean, dry, non-marking, closed toe shoes;
  3. A second pair of shoes required during inclement weather, particularly 1 December to 31 March
  4. Indoor track shoes with steel cleats permitted ONLY on the Field House track; and

NOT PERMITTED:

  1. Overtly revealing, altered or torn fitness and sports attire;
  2. Profane language, inappropriate subjects, offensive slogans or pictures on fitness and sports attire;
  3. Bare feet (exception: Martial Arts, Grappling, Yoga); and
  4. Wet shoes, dirty shoes and open toed footwear.
