Healthy Lifestyle 101 is designed to support participants to be able to take concrete steps towards maintaining their own resiliency, while also watching over that of others. 

The Topics are:

 How resilient are you?

 What steps to take to improve and maintain resilience

 Mental Health and the impacts of compassion:

  1. Giving compassion
  2. Receiving compassion
  3. Self-compassion

 Nutritional Wellness:

  1. Facts and Myths around supplements
  2. Sleep Hygiene
  3. Harm reduction strategies for AODGGCA use
