You are not alone. 

Sharing our Struggles (SOS) is a monthly psychoeducational support group designed for adults who are supporting a loved one through illness or injury.

Facilitated by a licensed mental health professional, SOS offers a safe and compassionate space to learn, connect, and find strength alongside others facing similar challenges. 

Each session includes educational content on coping strategies, emotional resilience, and communication, along with opportunities for group discussion and mutual support. 

Eligibility: Open to individuals 18 years and older who have a family member experiencing an illness or injury (physical or psychological) 

The program will be offered in English only. There is NO COST to attend this group. Spaces are limited. To learn more about the waitlist or for other questions, contact Kelly McLean at MFS Greenwood.
