An 8‑week therapeutic group for adult children of CAF members and veterans to explore their stories, learn healthier patterns, and connect with others in a supportive, trauma‑informed environment

Trauma‑informed yoga, meditation, psychoeducation, and guided reflection will be offered to support processing & healing
