Walk to Run Program

Get those legs moving to help prepare for you to complete a 5Km run.

  • 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday|Wednesday
  • 14 Wing Fitness & Sports Centre
Join instructor Tanya no matter your running level.
The goal is to progress you from walking 5km to being able to run the distance. 

Sessions are on Monday & Wednesdays @ 1500. 
Meet at the Fitness & Sports Centre and be prepared to run outside. 

The goal is to have you run as much of the RCAF Run on Fri 16 May as possible. 

The sessions are open to active CAF, DND & NPF employees.
