  Natalie oversees the day-to-day operations and administration of the MFS(E) for Brussels. She works with the local Commanding Officer and Canadian delegation staff to evaluate processes and review program deliverables that meet the needs of the Community.
  
  Natalie works closely with the Community Services Providers to understand the needs of the community, and to ensure they are welcomed and settled among the community.

  Daniel is responsible for the development, implementation, and improvement of the MFS(E) Brussels' Adult programming, Community Outreach, and Child and Youth programs.
  
  Daniel also plays a key role in the communication of the various programs and activities and is committed to providing continued support for families as they integrate into the OUTCAN community in Brussels.

  In addition, Martine provides support for second languages services to our French community,  while communicating valuable information for a successful integration into the OUTCAN community in Brussels.

  Gemma is responsible for planning trips and events to keep the community active and engaged. She works with the local Commanding Officer and community members to evaluate and deliver events to suite all community members.
  
  Gemma also works closely with the MFS team to provide great experiences for all our members during their time in Europe.
