Morale Mail Information for HMCS Regina

Drop off your care packages until Tuesday, November 10, 2026, during regular business hours at either the: 

• Colwood Pacific Activity Centre MFRC
• 443 Squadron
• Fleet Mail Office
• Naden Mail Office

Due to crew switch-outs during this deployment, please ensure you send morale mail in coordination with your loved one’s sailing schedule. Please keep in mind that morale mail can take 6-8 weeks to reach the ship.

There will be several evening morale mail drop-off opportunities at the MFRC. Please check back for additional opportunities as the information becomes available.

• Formation Fun Day: Saturday, September 12th, 12:00 - 4:00 pm (Work Point)
• Fall Program Kickoff & Ice Cream Social: Wednesday, September 16th, 4:00 - 7:00 pm (CPAC)
• Wednesday, October 21st, 4:00 - 6:00 pm (CPAC)
• Tuesday, November 10th, 4:00 - 6:00 pm (CPAC)

Important Notes: 

• Wrapping supplies (i.e. tape, paper, scissors) are available at our Colwood MFRC location. 
• International customs forms will be available. 
• If you are mailing from out of area, we suggest adding 10 days to the advertised cut-off date to allow for parcel travel to Victoria.

Care Package Collection Box for Deployed Members

Did you purchase too much for your care package? We will be accepting items at the Colwood MFRC location to create care packages for deployed members not receiving them. Please consider contributing your extras to help uplift the spirits of members currently deployed onboard HMCS Regina. 

A few ideas of items that could be contributed are: individually wrapped snack items (ie. chips, granola bars), microwave popcorn, candies, and puzzle books.

Sending Love to HMCS Regina

Wanting to send a written greeting to an HMCS Regina crew member? Drop by our Colwood MFRC location to write a message to include on a banner being sent to the ship! You can choose a cut-out heart, star, fish, or turtle to write your message on!

Live out of town, but want a message included? Email what you would like written to absence.support@emfrc.com, and we will add it for you! Please keep messages short, and include your name and who on board you would like it addressed to. 
  
The banner will be available to sign at:

The final cut-off for messages is September 25th at the end of the business day.
