Upper Lounge (Bar) - Located on the main level of the building
-able to accommodate up to 100 people. Suitable for a cocktail party, stand up reception. There is seating for 35 people. There is also access to the outdoor patio, which has seating for 40 people. Built in sound system is available, wireless mic and Wifi. There are no other IT elements available.
Lower Lounge - Located on the lower level of the Wardroom
-able to accommodate up to 50 people seated at round tables or else 100 people standing. Screen and projector in the room. Washrooms are located on the same floor. Elevator access available. Used for meetings or briefings. There is a small patio located outside the lounge. Wifi is available.
Dining Room - Located on the main level of the building
-able to accommodate up to 220 people for a stand-up cocktail event or mingling event, 180 people for a sit-down dinner. The room has amazing water views. It can be rented out along with the Upper Lounge and Patio area. Mainly used for receptions, weddings, celebration of life’s and Christmas parties. Wifi is available in this room, along with a sound system and wireless mics.
Conference Room - Located on the 2^nd floor of the building
-able to accommodate up to 12 people around a board room table. Elevator access available. Used for meetings or briefings. Wifi is available.

Gunroom (1367 Victoria View Road)

Located Work Point (Bar) -
-able to accommodate up to 120 people for a stand-up cocktail or mingling event. Patio area has seating for approximately 50 people. There is a BBQ on site and is available to use for a small fee. The room has a sound system, wireless mic, screen and projector. Wifi is available.
