The regular ice season is 08 Sept 2026 - 31 March 2027, with special programing being offered during holiday breaks.
Enjoy casual recreational skating for all ages and abilities. A CSA-approved hockey helmet is mandatory for participants under 18 and strongly recommended for everyone. While sticks, pucks, and other equipment is not permitted during open skating sessions, skating aids are available for use during Open Skate. Children under 13 years require adult supervision. 
Stick & Puck provides a casual non-instructional on-ice session for individual skill development where you get to shoot, stickhandle, and pass pucks around. CSA approved hockey helmets with full cages and hockey gloves are all that is needed for adult participants. Full equipment is required for everyone under 18 yrs._1.jpg)
Noon hour hockey on Fridays! This is a drop in adult (18+ yrs) program that is open to Military and Defense Team. Bring your own gear as full protective equipment is required.
