Outdoor Facilities

Stay active and have fun with these many outdoor facilities. Whether it is a chilly winter day or the warm of the summer months, you will find an activity to enjoy.

Track

Run or walk along a roughly 5 km gravel track. The trail winds through Saskatchewan's scenic prairie landscape with nature chirping at your back.

Disc Golf

We have an 18-hole disc golf course which you access west of the gymnasium between May and October. Patrons must sign in at Building 39 upon arrival. Discs can be rented from the Sport Store. The UDisc App enhances the experience by tracking discs, providing navigation, and allowing players to review their game history and compete on leaderboards. Download today for iOS or Android.

Beach Volleyball

Enjoy a picturesque sunset while you spike the ball on your competition. On the west side of the gymnasium facility, members can access a beach volleyball court.

Outdoor Gym

A variety of equipment is available outside to help you improve your cardio, strength, flexibility and coordination. Located on the west side of the gymnasium alongside the volleyball court you get open access to the beautiful prairie surroundings.

Cross Country Ski Trail

Each winter a 5km loop is groomed for your skiing pleasure. Rent cross country skiing kits from the PSP team in our Sports Store.

Rink

Nestled between the CSMFRC and Residential Housing Units (RHU), Det. Dundurn has a boarded ice rink.

Dog Park

Dundurn is considerate of furry family members. There is a gated field alongside Windy Plains residence for you and your dog to safely enjoy the outdoors off leash.
