Gymnasium

Access

Entry can be made through the front doors, or at the side of the building through the PSP office. Please ring doorbell at the front doors to gain access.

Public parking is across the street (parking behind the gym is STAFF ONLY).

All members must sign in on the clipboard at the PSP office front desk or at the front entrance. 

What's Inside?

GYM FLOOR

The gym floor is an open space for sports and exercise. The court can be used for basketball, soccer, volleyball, badminton, floor hockey, pickleball, etc. There are hooks located on the walls for TRX exercises. The space can also be used for running, force test practice, workout classes, and more.

FIT KIT ROOM

The gym also has a Fit Kit room with a variety of equipment for members to use during their time at the gym. The equipment available includes; skipping ropes, yoga balls and mats, dumbbells, medicine balls, foam rollers, resistance bands, floor ladders, badminton rackets and birdies, various sport balls, hula-hoops, cones, sandbags, and more.

UPSTAIRS CARDIO

Our upstairs cardio area is equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, spin bike, recumbent bike, etc. for all your cardio needs. We also have televisions installed for your entertainment as you work out.

CARDIO & STRETCH ROOM

Our small cardio and stretch room is set up for a more private experience. We have a stair climber, punching bag, mats, yoga ball, kettlebell, slam ball, weighted bar, sets of dumbbells, etc. Members are welcomed to bring other equipment up there to use as long as it is returned where you got it from.

WEIGHT ROOM

The weight room is separated into two sections. One side is fully equipped with free weights, squat racks, dumbbells, kettlebells, plated weights, variety of bars, etc. The other side is equipped with a variety of workout machines, cable machines, cardio machines, and more. Youth ages 12-15 are allowed in the weight room with direct supervision by a parent or guardian only.

Facilities

The gym has lockers and showers for members to use. Lockers are for day use only. Please bring your own lock and spray the lockers/showers clean once you are done.

There is a water fountain located at the East doors exit.

Event Rental

The Gymnasium floor is available for bookings, including birthday parties of all sizes. There is more than enough space for everyone that is invited to have loads of fun and play games.
