Teal Up Day is a national movement where people are encouraged to wear teal to celebrate the strength and resiliency of military children! 

It was created as a visual show of support to raise awareness that April is the Month of the Military Child and give Canadian Military Children a day to celebrate! 

Military children face unique challenges throughout deployments, absences, relocations, and frequent change. 

We invite you and your family to wear teal and join us for glow bowling and pizza to celebrate these amazing kids! 

MFRC events are open exclusively to members of the Defence Community, which includes currently serving Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members (Reservist and Regular Force) and their families, CAF Veterans and their families, as well as DND, PSP, and MFRC employees and their families, unless otherwise stated.
