Physical Activity Month

This May, let’s get moving together at CFB Bagotville! Physical Activity Month offers a host of opportunities to stay active, including the Pedometer Challenge (May 1–31), the CFB Bagotville Run (May 15), and several other initiatives aimed at encouraging an active lifestyle, strengthening cohesion among units, and engaging the entire community.

    Aquafit is a supervised circuit training program that combines high-intensity cardiovascular and strength exercises—all without impact and without pain.
