Meeting place: In the recreation room around 10 a.m. Our team will greet you at the different entrances and direct you to your meeting room. Be on the lookout our Bagotmobile hats and backpacks! 

Is it expected to be cold? 

There’s no problem. The recreation room has been reserved so that you can warm up and play games. There will also be a canteen available on site, at your expense, for those who wish to have a snack or a hot beverage.
