Rental Update for FY 2024/2025
All rental gear through PSP Yellowknife is FREE to PSP Plan Members. Below is the process for renting gear and a list of all gear PSP Plan Members have access to.
1. Pay your $100.00 deposit fee through the courses module on bookKing
2. Book your rentals through the facilities module on bookKing (always select 5pm-5pm)
3. Wait for email confirmation from one of our FSR Coordinators on your rental pick up and drop off time
4. Pick up rental equipment
5. Enjoy your rental equipment!
6. Return your rental equipment
Please read Appendix A prior to you first rental to understand all policies that you as a renter will need to follow when renting out PSP rental equipment. All information regarding equipment rentals can be found here.

PSP is pleased to offer various recreational equipment rentals, discounted passes and discounted recreational programs (e.g Paint Nights, Movie in the Park Nights, etc.) when you sign up to become a PSP Plan member. To keep up to date on all events, follow PSP Yellowknife on Facebook or Instagram.
The PSP Plan is open to the following groups:
- Military Regular Force, Military Reserve Force Class A/B/C, Military Retired
- DND Civilian Employees and NPF Employees
- Spouses and Families of Military Regular Force, Military Reserve Force Class A/B/C, Military Retired

- Capitol Theatre Movie tickets ($5/ ticket)
- Yellowknife Golf Club passes ($12.50/ pass)
- Ski Club Membership ($90 for a family or $50 for a single adult)
- Cross country ski rental from Overlander Sports ($10/day)
- Ice skate rentals from Overlander Sports ($7/day)
- Folk on the Rocks Tickets (Spring Time)
- West Edmonton Mall Passes ($30.00/ pass) *Affective 01 April 2024*
- Arctic Duchess Adventures Cold Plunge & Sauna Passes ($30.00/pass)
- Cetana ($40 per pass with a maximum of 2 passes/month per PSP Plan member)
- **Yellowknife Shoot Club ($50.00 reimbursement)
- **Yellowknife Curling Club ($100.00 reimbursement)
- **Local sports leagues (reimbursement)

- Anytime Fitness Facility - 2 for 1 Membership for Spouses and $50/month for dependants with a $50 FOB Activation Fee
- Stanley Fitness and Boxing - 20% discount on all memberships
- Makerspace YK: 10% OFF on Makerspace Monthly Membership. (**email FSR Coordinators for your discount code**)
- Arctic Duchess Adventures: 10% OFF on all services (**email FSR Coordinators for your discount code**)

- Age 18 and under, $65/month All Access, paid monthly, no contract
- Age 19+, 6 Month Weight Room only $85/month
PSP Plan Membership Fee:
Single: $102 per year ($8.50/month, only available to Reg and Res Force Mbrs)
Family: $282 per year ($23.50/month, available to all groups)
