Aurora Ukrainian Dance

The Aurora Ukrainian Dancers are now entering their 34th year of dance.  The Aurora Ukrainian Dancers are a dance troop located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. The group brings to the stage a wonderful blend of different Ukrainian folk dances from the various regions of the Ukraine. Ukrainian folk dance is not only entertainment but it also represents the life styles, customs and history of the Ukrainian people.

The group offers programs for children aged 5-13+. .

Bella Dance Academy

Bella Dance Academy  has been providing Yellowknife with high quality dance instruction since 2004. The Academy offers Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Mini Movement, Musical Theatre, Acting Classes, Hip Hop, Pre-Pointe, Pointe, Leaps, Jumps and Turns, Contemporary, Ballerina Princess, Bella babies, Stretch & Blast, Bollywood and Parent & Tots classes to all ages and a variety of skill level. 

The Academy is dedicated to providing a unique, quality dance progra, designed to meet the needs of a wide range of students of varying ages and levels. .

Yellowknife Dance Collective

The Yellowknife Dance Collective was incorporated as a society in July 2011. The Collective exists to choreograph and perform contemporary dance, foster a contemporary dance community in Yellowknife and promote awareness of contemporary dance in the NWT. .
