Lifesaving Sport

Sauvetage sportif Valcartier

Although the word “sport” is used, there are several aspects to lifesaving sport, including first aid, advanced training, challenges, sprint events and several new lifesaving techniques.

Lifesaving sport aims to be the only sport that saves lives!

  • Our program is affiliated with the Les Récifs lifesaving club and the sessions will be geared towards fun, discovering first aid, lifesaving, developing skills and team spirit.
  • It is important to note that participation in competitions is 100% optional.
  • Whether you are interested in lifesaving, certified at bronze level or already a lifeguard... lifesaving sports will allow you to develop and improve your existing knowledge.
