RCAF Flyer's Arena - closed for the season

The RCAF Flyer's Arena features a 200-feet by 85 feet (NHL regulation size) ice surface; seating for up to 300 spectators and six, oversized dressing rooms with a heated floor system.  The arena hosts intersection sports, plus weekly skating and shinny from October to April.  It s home to our base sports team, the Trenton RCAF Flyers.
The ice is out - we will see you in the Fall 2023!

The RCAF Flyer's Arena is located at RCAF Road near Hwy 2.  It is open seasonally with a variety of programs (from public skating to learn to skate programs, and shinny hockey for youth and adults) plus intersection sports.  

For recreation programs, follow us on Facebook at CFB PSP Trenton for up-to-date recreation programming. 

Public Skating 2023

  • Friday - 4:00pm to 6:00pm
  • Saturday + Sunday - 1:00pm to 3:00pm
  • when sponsored - skating is free - otherwise, a drop-in fee is required.

drop-in fees for skating: 

  • Under 3, no charge
  • Youth 3-17 - $3 
  • Adult 18+ - $4
  • Family -  $10

Adult Shinny 2024

  • Friday 9:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Drop-in fee $5.00, goalies free

Youth Shinny 2024

  • U13 - Friday, 6:00pm to 6:50pm
  • U15 - Friday, 1:00pm to 7:50pm
  • U18 - Friday 8:00pm to 8:50pm
  • U7 - Sunday 10:00am to 10:50am  
  • U10 - Sunday 11:00am to 11:50am
  • drop-in fee $6.50, goalies free
