SWOMFRC AGM Meeting

6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
The Southwestern Ontario Military Family Resource Centre Board of Directors invites military personnel and their families to the Virtual AGM on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 6:00pm.
Voter Eligibility: A) Serving members of the CAF, who are serving in units in the
SWOMFRC geographic area, and
B) Spouses, partners, children (18 years of age or older), parents, and
siblings of serving members of the CAF who reside in the SWOMFRC
geographic area.
If you are ineligible to vote and would still like to attend, please select option:
C) Other – Non-voting participant.
Applicants will be verified for eligibility to vote.
Advance registration is required.
Deadlines for:
- Registration: Friday, Sept. 4, 2026
- Any proposals for AGM: Monday, August 31, 2026. Agenda items are to be emailed to Board@swomfrc.ca
