The Franklin-Covey 7 Habits of Highly Effective Military Families is a values-based framework designed to strengthen military families by building resilience, communication, and connection from the inside out. Adapted from Stephen R. Covey’s original model, it acknowledges the unique realities of military life—such as deployments, relocations, changing roles, and reintegration—while helping families focus on what they can control: their attitudes, choices, and family culture. Through the Maturity Continuum and the seven habits, families learn practical tools to improve communication, manage stress, align daily routines with shared values, and work together effectively during both calm and challenging periods. The program emphasizes long-term growth rather than quick fixes, supporting families in creating stability, purpose, and strong relationships despite the ongoing demands of military service.
Perfect for spouses, parents, and family members of serving CAF members and veterans. This course offers practical tools to help your family grow stronger—together.
