This informative session provides military families with an overview of the key resources and supports available before, during, and after deployment. Participants will learn how to access MFRC programs, community services, and CAF support systems designed to help navigate the challenges of separation and reintegration. The session aims to empower families with creative coping outlets,  strengthen resilience, and ensure they feel supported every step of the deployment journey

For families who have a loved one currently deployed overseas. Bring your supplies/materials in a box. We will have the packing tape, brown paper, customs forms, and a few extra boxes.
A great way to connect with other families who are currently experiencing a deployment.
