Youth 1st Centre
Are you looking for a place to chill for your youth?
The Youth 1st Centre provides a safe environment free of discrimination for all youth in the community so that they may enjoy the healthy active living programs we offer. Our goal is to engage youth through developing and maintaining interactive programs and services. The Centre's programming is a balance of hanging out and having fun while enjoying monthly special events and planned activities. We offer supportive and safe activities that are conveniently located, skills-based and engaging.
The Youth 1st Centre includes a pool table, access to the gymnasium and sporting equipment, beach volleyball court, outdoor rink, outdoor zone with picnic tables, big screen television and gaming station, board games, art and craft supplies and more!

ALL youth must complete a Youth 1st Centre Agreement & Behavior Management Policy with a guardian before or on the first day that they come to Youth 1st Centre.
Youth Night Program
Youth Night Program will provide participants the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities to chill and catch up with friends. Leaders will focus on promoting distant friendship building and having some good ol’ fashioned fun, with an emphasis on safety and well-being

MARCH BREAK NIGHTS

Join us to kick off March Break Nights in the most delicious and exciting way! Assemble your own nacho plate at our nacho bar, compete against your friends in minute-to-win-it games, and try your luck with a piñata ball. We can’t wait to see you there!
All aboard! 🚌 The Youth 1st Centre will be traveling to Ottawa to visit the Canadian Science and Technology Museum. Dive into the wonderful world of science and technology.🔭🔬 Explore different museum exhibits such as, Artifact Alley, the Crazy Kitchen, Wearable Tech, and Medical Sensations… just to name a few!
Ages 10+
Drop-off at 7:30am and pick-up at 4:30pm at the South Side Community Centre.
