Looking for the ultimate place to hang out, get active, and have fun? The Youth 1st Centre is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where all youth can feel comfortable, supported, and free to be themselves!
Our goal is to offer exciting programs, activities, and services that encourage connection, creativity, and healthy active living. From laid-back hangout time to monthly special events and planned activities, there’s always something happening!
The Centre offers the perfect balance of chill hang-out vibes and activities, this includes:
- Pool table
- Gymnasium and sports equipment
- Beach volleyball court
- Outdoor rink and hangout zone with picnic tables
- Big screen TV and gaming station
- Board games, arts and crafts supplies, and more
Whether you’re looking to try something new, spend time with friends, or just enjoy a safe place to chill, the Youth 1st Centre is your go-to spot for fun, connection, and staying active.

Youth Night Program
Youth Night Program will provide participants the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities to chill and catch up with friends. Leaders will focus on promoting distant friendship building and having some good ol’ fashioned fun, with an emphasis on safety and well-being

Level up your Saturday nights! Youth Events are all about exciting, themed experiences packed with fun, creativity, and new challenges each week. From action-packed games to unique activities, every event brings something different to keep things fresh and engaging!
Just like Youth Nights, our Recreation Leaders create a safe, welcoming, and high-energy environment where kids can build friendships, try new things, and have a blast. Whether it’s team challenges, themed games, or special event nights, there’s always something to look forward to!

MONSTER MASH | 30 OCTOBER
Get ready for a spooky night full of fun, laughter, and surprises. This spooktacular event has everything from pumpkin carving to exciting games and challenges. Test your bravery in our mystery touch game, where you’ll reach into creepy boxes (if you dare!) and guess what’s inside. Then, show off your creativity as you carve your own pumpkin. Come get into the Halloween spirit with us!

LASER TAG MAYHEM 21 NOVEMBER
Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping laser tag adventure! Battle your way through glowing arenas, dodge surprise ambushes, and compete with your team in an action-packed mission for victory!

HOLLY JOLLY HANGOUT 11 DECEMBER
Get ready for a night full of festive fun at our Holly Jolly Hangout. This Christmas event is packed with creative activities, silly games, and holiday cheer from start to finish.
Participants will get hands-on making their own hot chocolate bombs and decorating festive holiday ornaments to take home. Then it’s time to jump into the action with hilarious games and challenges, including the candy cane hook challenge. With a mix of creativity, laughter, and holiday spirit, this event is the perfect way for youth to celebrate the season
