Lynette O'Donnell Biography

I’m a certified YMCA Trainer/ Educator with more than 30 years of experience delivering certification courses in both Personal Training and Cardio Strength Group Fitness Instructing. As a certified Personal Trainer, I work with a diverse population of individuals of all fitness levels with a special interest in peri/meno pause. In 2021 I obtained my diploma of Nutrition, becoming a certified nutritionist to increase my scope of practice to further help my clients.  As a 62-year-old recreational athlete, I spend my personal time using my learned experience in both training and nutrition to reach personal goals and maintain a balanced lifestyle. Trail running is one of my passions and I consistently finish in the top two percent of my age category, this year becoming the third highest ranked trail runner in the Super Masters division of the Ontario Ultra and Trail Race Series.
