PSP Plan for public service employees at DND

PSP CFSG-OG has introduced a new PSP Fitness Facility Plan for public service employees at DND, effective 01 November 2024. This program aims to provide public service employees at DND with access to the facilities and classes at CAF gyms in the NCR, while prioritizing the fitness needs of CAF members.

To assist users, we are implementing a nominal fee structure for public service employees at DND, payable on an annual or semi-annual basis. Payments can be made online through BookKing. Please note that DND Fitness facilities do not have payment terminals, so in-person payments cannot be accepted.

The cost of the PSP Plan is $100 for an annual membership or $60 for a 6-month membership, taxes included.

Why is there a fee now?
A review of our mandate and core services of the CAF fitness facilities was conducted. The introduction of a PSP Fitness Facilities Plan will bring the NCR into alignment with established policies regarding funding and eligibility to use these facilities and programs.

Visit the BookKing website at https://bkk.cfmws.com/ottawapub/ to create an account. You can also follow the SOP if you need additional guidance.
Where can I get more information on payments and refunds?
The PSP Plan has been designed to be fair and affordable, with options for semi-annual or annual subscription for convenience. Cancellation of PSP Plans are only permitted for medical reasons, employment termination or relocation. Refunds and cancelations are subject to a $20 administration fee.
Where can I send you my feedback and suggestions?

Compared to external gym memberships, the PSP Plan is highly competitive and offers excellent value, with the added convenience of being on-site.

We recognize that affordability is a concern for many. Therefore, PSP provides a range of online fitness and wellness resources and programs available to everyone on CAF Fitness Virtual Training platform so you can continue your fitness journey.

My building pass only allows me access on weekdays so how can I access the gym on weekends?
You will need to visit the Commissionaires to get a visitor pass.
