Complex Needs - Volunteer

Duties:

· Take pictures of the new sensory items

· Make photocopies

· Laminate and cut pages

· Work on the catalog

· Prepare check out items

· Clean and dry items

· Put check-in items back in the appropriate shelving

· Write name and description of items in both official languages

· Familiarize yourself with the Tiny Cat website and catalog

Duties:

· Help create complex needs packages for families

· Learn about the different types of fidgets

· Help choose the right books with diagnosis or family needs

· Understanding and willingness to learn about complex needs

· Help create a sheet called ‘Did you know …’

· Help find positive quotes to put in the packages

Duties:

· Help set up and disassemble the room (chairs, tables, resources table)

· Help with Sensory Lending Library item pick-ups and returns

· Answer and promote the use of the Sensory Lending Library
