Cancel your CF One Online Account

Please fill out the form below to cancel your online CF One account. This will remove your access to the login areas of CFMWS websites including CANEX.ca and the CF One App. If you would like to have access again, you will have to contact the CF One Member Customer Services Team at service@cfmws.com.

Cancellation will happen within 30 days.
