    Beth MacLean is a military spouse and mother of three. She has been on the board in Kingston for four years and is currently serving as the Board President. She brings to the board the experience and knowledge from previously serving on the Greenwood and Borden military family resource centre boards including time as chair in Greenwood. Her professional background is in working with and supporting children experiencing developmental delays and their families and she currently is working as a Library Clerk. Beth continues to serve on the board as a firm believer and advocate for the importance of supporting military families.

    Tanya Dion is a registered nurse with 35 years experience. She represents nurses with the Council for the College of Nurses of Ontario as well as disciplining nurses across the province. Her family has served in the military for 4 generations with her children currently serving on each coast.

    Denise Dubois currently acts as the Board Secretary of the KMFRC Board of Directors. Denise is a military spouse. She is also registered occupational therapist has a background as a post-doctoral researcher in the area of military and Veteran families at Queen’s University.

    Caroline Poulin is a proud military spouse of 25 years and mother of 2 children. From being a volunteer with the Trenton MFRC to working for the Halifax and Region MFRC, the organization has always played a significant role in both her personal and professional life. 

    After a posting to Quebec City, she joined Brookfield relocation services and continued to help and support military members in other capacities. She now works for Empire Life, in disability management. 

    Caroline wants to bring to the Board a voice and representation for the francophone military community of Kingston, as well as to continue to support the military families and give back to the community.

    Jennifer Mykolenko is a regular force member and a former marketing professional with over a decade of experience in branding, client development and event management. Her community building know-how spans across a variety of industries, which gives her a wide-angle perspective on fundraising and outreach opportunities. Her previous volunteer involvement with various non-profit organisations granted her expertise in networking, donor relationships, and advanced project management. She is passionate about building lasting relationships, converting creative ideas into marketing tools, and strengthening the KMFRC community.

    Robert Hamilton is a finance and audit professional with a particular interest in governance and strategic planning. His professional experience is extensive; he held appointments as Financial Audit Officer Supreme Allied Powers Europe, Royal Canadian Navy Comptroller; Director Personnel and Careers Officers; Director of the NDHQ Executive Secretariat and Director General Program Coordination. After retiring from the Canadian Armed Forces, he served as Vice-President of the Pearson Peacekeeping Centre; Director General Finance, Veterans Affairs; and Chief Audit Executive Fisheries and Oceans and Canadian Coast Guard.
    After retiring from the Public Service, he transitioned to the volunteer sector and served as a director with the HMCS Bytown Corporation and as Chief Financial Officer with a Federal Riding association. He was appointed national President of the Order of St George and later its Kingston Prior. He is currently a director with la Société de la Couronne du Canada and a corporate officer of the Friends of the Canadian War Museum where he served as its President for five years. In May of 2023 he became a director with the Kingston Military Family Resource Centre.
    Robert holds the educational and professional certification requirements commensurate with his executive appointments in both the public and private sector having completed his educational and professional development studies at universities in Canada and the United States. He is a graduate of the Royal Naval Staff College England and the National Defence College of Canada. He holds the United States Airforce University badge, the Special Service Medal for NATO, the Canadian Forces Decoration and is an Officer of the Order of Military Merit. He was awarded the Order of St George Grand Prior Commendation and has been honoured by the Canadian War Museum Corporation for his strategic leadership.
    Robert holds the rank of Knight Grand Cross of the Order of St George, is a Freemason, and a member of the Naval Association of Canada, The Royal Canadian Military Institute, the Royal Canadian Legion, la Société de la Couronne du Canada and the Royal Military Colleges Club of Canada. He hails from Quebec City, is functionally bilingual and now makes Kingston his home.
