Your breath is the first responder for your nervous system, the bridge between body, mind, and spirit. In this two-hour workshop, Daniel de Luis will guide you through a powerful blend of multidisciplinary breathwork techniques used by elite athletes, special forces, and ancient healing traditions alike. You’ll learn, in real time, how to quiet the mind, release stored tension, and bring the body back into balance. This isn’t therapy, it’s direct experience. Through conscious breathing, you’ll begin to rewire patterns of stress, anxiety, and emotional pain, unlocking the body’s innate intelligence to heal and self-regulate. Whether you’re carrying physical pain, mental fatigue, or emotional weight, this session will show you how to take back control of how you feel one breath at a time.
