Booking a FORCE Test
To book an individual FORCE Test please reach out to your Unit FORMeFit Coordinator (Generally Local Ops Officers and NCMs or Sports Rep hold this position).
If you do not have someone at your local unit, you will need to provide us with the following:

FORCE Testing for any member is scheduled Monday - Wednesday at 0900hrs in the Wooden Gym of M2.

Individual Training Plan Requests
PSP offers training programs to individual military members to help guide them on their fitness journey. We support programming for members looking to get started on their fitness routine (i.e Couch to 5k, Intro to Lifting, etc.) to those memebers looking to head to selection with CANSOFCOM.
** If you are currently on MELs (Medical Employment Limitations - Chit, T-CAT, or P-CAT), please reach out to your MO or other Allied Health Professional to seek a referral to our local Reconditioning Program. Their team are able to support our ill and injured members. **
If you are not on MELs, please complete the PSP Gagetown Individual Training Plan Request Form.
Once complete please download the Get Active Questionnaire document to complete on a desktop computer. Once completed, please email these documents to gagetownfitness@cfmws.com and we will be in contact with you shortly.

Book a Fitness Class(es) with PSP
PSP offers fitness classes and specialized programming to military units of 5CDSB Gagetown. We ask units to book with us if they are able to send a minimum of ten members or more (not on MELs*) to our sessions. For members looking to join a class in smaller units please see out Open Circuit Class option.
We offer a wide variety of programming such as Circuit Training (various types) Spin, Yoga, Mobility, Pool and Rock Climbing. For a full list of our class offerings and max number of personnel that we can support, please see our Class Offerings Resource.

Open Circuit
Locally the Fitness Department offers an Open Circuit class to assist active duty military members (not MELs) on their fitness journey. The goal of this program is to help members who:
- Are just getting back into fitness
- Need a bit more accountability
- Want to have a SME to coach and correct their technique
- Are not confident in the weight room
- Are members of smaller units that may not be easily supported for unit bookings
If you fit into one or more of these reasons, we would encourage you to giving out Open Circuit class a try! Open Circuit is on Monday and Fridays at 0800hrs. We are supporting up to 30 pers at this time on a first come first serve basis.
