Individual Training Plan Requests

PSP offers training programs to individual military members to help guide them on their fitness journey. We support programming for members looking to get started on their fitness routine (i.e Couch to 5k, Intro to Lifting, etc.) to those members looking to head to selection with CANSOFCOM.
